About Stefani Fisher

Stefani Fisher is originally from San Diego, CA where she began her career in the real estate industry in 2000 in escrow. After years in the industry, her move to Omaha, NE, brought her the opportunity to work in sales, sharpening her marketing and negotiating skills.

Now in northeast Florida, where she and her family have permanent residency, she is serving buyers, sellers and investors ensuring they achieve their real estate goals. She helps guide clients through every facet of the real estate transaction, with a focus on high level service and professionalism. Much of Stefani’s success can be attributed to in-depth market analysis, proactive marketing, aggressive negotiation style, and personal attention that has achieved exceptional results for her clients.

With her background in escrow, title, loan signing and sales, she has developed her real estate knowledge and expertise, becoming a strong and thorough contract negotiator and fierce advocate of her clients. She is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, active member in her church as well as her community with a heart for serving others. She is an avid supporter of survivors and provides a portion of her commissions to help in the fight against trafficking.
